The Grateful Dead shared pro-shot video of “Cassidy” as this week’s edition of their All The Years Live video series. The clip comes from GD’s June 13, 1993 concert at Rich Stadium in Orchard Park, New York near Buffalo.
The “Cassidy” that evening came as the penultimate song — followed by “Deal” — of the first set, as per Jerry Garcia.com. For Grateful Dead archivist David Lemieux, the show carried a personal milestone. He wrote about it in his notes accompanying the video.

“From Bob Weir’s first solo album Ace, Cassidy was played live by the Grateful Dead more than 330 times 1976-1995, plus the lone live version from the Wall Of Sound debut on 3/23/74, Lemieux said. “This was from the final live Grateful Dead concert I attended.”
