The Grammy Museum shared video of Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio‘s September 29, 2019 discussion about the recent documentary “Between Me And My Mind,” of which he is the subject. Trey chats with moderator Scott Goldman about the film and also performs a nearly 45-minute solo acoustic set.

After speaking candidly about his admiration for the filmmaker, Stephen Cantor, the personal nature of the film and more, Anastasio treated the audience to an acoustic performance beginning with the Trey solo classic “Snowflakes In The Sand,” which he remarked about bringing back due to popular demand.

Trey continued with the Phish songs “Brian And Robert” from 1998’s The Story Of The Ghost and “Blaze On” from 2016’s Big Boat followed by, after a bit of storytelling, the live Phish classic “Strange Design.” The Ghosts Of The Forest tune “Brief Time” followed by “Free” came next. After fielding a question on the fly from the audience which prompted a funny story about lyricist Tom Marshall and “Free,” Trey played another Story Of The Ghost cut, “Limb By Limb.” The Trey solo acoustic debut of “A Life Beyond The Dream,” as per Phish.net, followed ahead of set closer “More.”
