Grace Potter Shares New Song ‘We Got Each Other’
Grace Potter started work on a song tentatively titled “We Got Each Other” on Saturday. Potter shared the unfinished original later that day on her social network feeds.
“I, am all of us are, enjoying some home time in these crazy times we’re in,” Potter said from her Laurel Canyon home. “I think that everybody has their own way of coping with what we’re going through right now but for me, music is always a really powerful way for me to process,” Grace continued. “This is something that I wrote today and I wanted to share it with you guys. I don’t have a name for it or anything and it’s not done, but I thought it might help.”
The singer-songwriter seems to have penned the tune about the currently coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak situation as the first lines are, “The streets are all empty, the shelves are all bare.” Grace’s new song has a positive message and can be viewed below:
