Grace Potter presented the second installment of her Monday Night Twilight Hour series yesterday. Potter’s hour-long livestream focused on covers, including songs by Neil Young, Prince, Led Zeppelin and others.

Up first for the set originating from Grace’s home in Topanga, California was a take on Van Morrison’s “Into The Mystic.” Potter started off on Wurlitzer and performed portions of Roy Orbison’s “Blue Bayou” and Joni Mitchell’s “The Circle Game.” Next, Grace picked up an acoustic guitar for renditions of “Jolene” by Dolly Parton, Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris” and “Out On The Weekend” by Neil Young.

The Monday Night Twilight Hour cover edition continued with a drummer and bassist backing Grace on a quick run through the Frank Sinatra-popularized “Nice ‘N’ Easy” and the Fleetwood Mac classic “Gold Dust Woman.” Potter then belted out Jefferson Airplane’ “White Rabbit,” Prince’s “When Doves Cry” and “Whole Lotta Love” by Led Zeppelin. The trio had fun with “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” and then dug in on Stephen Stills’ “Love The One You’re With.” Grace went solo to end the session with “Wild Horses” by The Rolling Stones.
