Grace Potter covered Led Zeppelin’s “That’s The Way.” The choice cover came during her Monday Night Twilight Hour livestream from her home in Southern California’s legendary Topanga Canyon.
“Mom Songs” served as the theme for Potter’s May 11 (a day after Mother’s Day) performance. The singer-songwriter delivered tunes like Arthur Crudup’s “That’s AlL Right Mama” and the Randy Newman-penned, Three Dog Night popularized “Mama Told Me Not To Come” on which she played Fender Rhodes and was accompanied remotely by drums and bass.
