Grace Potter has teamed up with Green Mountain Coffee to help spread the word about the importance of Fair Trade, a global movement to alleviate poverty and provide a higher quality of life to people in farming communities worldwide.

In honor of Fair Trade Month, Grace Potter and The Nocturnals is giving a special online performance for its fans, which will be streamed live exclusively on Green Mountain Coffee’s Facebook page.

Fair trade provides a fair price to coffee farmers for their beans, resulting in high-quality coffee and a higher quality of life in coffee-growing communities. By live streaming a special performance exclusively for Green Mountain Coffee, Potter hopes to inform her fans on the importance of Fair Trade and how small choices — like the coffee we drink — can help drive big change.
