Gov’t Mule Expands Summer Tour 2021

Warren Haynes and his mates’ first tour since the pandemic began has come together with the addition of five headlining dates.

Gov’t Mule detailed their upcoming summer tour. The run includes a mix of co-bills with Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, headlining concerts and appearances as part of Willie Nelson's Outlaw Music Festival. Many of the dates were previously announced.

The first of the new additions to the tour are headlining shows at Aspen’s Belly Up on August 26 and at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota on August 30. Gov’t Mule also confirmed their own concert at Artpark in Lewiston, New York on September 7 and a show at Boston’s Leader Bank Pavilion on September 9 featuring special guest Margo Price. Additionally, Warren Haynes and his crew added a headlining performance at Levitt Pavilion Steelstacks in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on September 14. Tickets for the new dates go on sale this Friday, July 23.

As reported, Gov’t Mule’s co-headlining dates with Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will take place in Salt Lake City on August 25; Dillon, Colorado on August 27 – 28; Rochester on September 4; Columbia, South Carolina on September 16 and Wilmington, North Carolina on September 23. The quartet is part of the lineup for September Outlaw Music Festival stops in Gilford, New Hampshire; Philadelphia; Saratoga Springs, New York; Virginia Beach; Raleigh; Charlotte and Columbia, Maryland.

Gov’t Mule will also take part in a series of Outlaw Music Festival dates out west in October. The band is on the lineup in Phoenix on October 15 as well as for a swing through California that includes performances in Irvine on October 16, Mountain View on October 23 and Wheatland on October 24.
