Govt Mule To Headline Major Rager 2015

Jam titans Gov’t Mule have been tapped to headline the second annual installment of The Major Rager, a concert held in Augusta, Georgia set to coincide with the start of The Majors golf tournament.

The Major Rager 2015 will take place on April 9, the Thursday of Majors Week, in Downtown Augusta at The Augusta Common. Lettuce, The Revivalists and The Omega Moos are also onboard for The Major Rager 2015. Omega Moos, a ’80s tribute act featuring members of The New Deal (Jamie Shields) and Umphrey’s McGee (Ryan Stasik, Brendan Bayliss & Kris Myers), will be performing for the first time in two years. The Moos will play an After Party at Sky City, three blocks from The Augusta Common.

Organizers will be donating portions of each ticket to Turn Back The Block charity, revitalizing the historic Harrisburg neighborhood. Tickets are on sale now via the event’s website.
