Gov’t Mule will return to Jamaica next year for Island Exodus 12, the band’s annual destination event. The “concert-cation” experience will be held once again at Jewel Paradise Cove Resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica January 16 – 20, 2022.

The quartet will play three full two-set shows over the course of Island Exodus 12. Plus, frontman Warren Haynes will serve up a “Q and Play” set featuring a mix of performances and stories. Dawes and The War And Treaty will each perform multiple sets and saxophonist Ron Holloway is aboard as special guest.

Holloway will present a “Sax On The Beach” set one afternoon for Island Exodus 12 attendees. Additionally, he’ll team with Melvin Seals & JGB as “Legion Of Melvin” for those who arrive a day early on January 15, aka “Exodus Eve.”

Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay, a resort five minutes away from Paradise Cove, will also host Island Exodus 12 guests. All-inclusive packages include four nights at either resort, nightly after-show bonfires, a poster signed by members of Gov’t Mule, all musical performances, a drum clinic from Matt Abts, food and beverages, water sports, an array of activities and transportation to and from the Montego Bay airport. Shuttle service to and from Paradise Cove will be provided for those who stay at Bahia.

A pre-sale for Island Exodus 11 alumni starts on Tuesday, May 25. Those who attended any other Island Exodus events can book their packages on Wednesday, May 26 at 10 a.m. ET. Any remaining packages go on sale to the general public starting on Thursday, May 27 at 10 a.m. ET. Head to to book or for more information.
