Gov’t Mule Adds 2nd Leg To 2018 Summer Tour
Gov’t Mule has expanded an already extensive summer tour. The band added a second leg to their upcoming run.
The first of the new dates will take place at Big Sky Brewery in Missoula, Montana on September 1 featuring support from The Magpie Salute. Guitarist Warren Haynes, bassist Jorgen Carlsson, drummer Matt Abts and multi-instrumentalist Danny Louis then play a previously announced show at Sun Valley Pavilion in Sun Valley, Idaho on September 2 with Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real.
Mule continues on with visits to Vancouver on September 4 and Portland, Oregon on September 5. The quartet’s West Coast swing also includes stops in Seattle, Eugene, Oakland, Los Angeles and Phoenix. Haynes & Co. follow an appearance at Telluride Blues & Brews with headlining shows in Tulsa, Austin, Dallas and Houston before bringing the tour to a close at Louisville’s Bourbon & Beyond festival.
A fan club pre-sale for the newly-added shows begins on Tuesday, May 29 at 12 p.m. ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 1 at 10 a.m. local.
