Governors Ball Music Festival Announces Lineup and Ticketing Info

New York City will play host to the 2015 Governors Ball Music Festival June 5 – 7 2015, with Drake, deadmau5, and The Black Keys slated to headline. Also on the bill are My Morning Jacket, Ryan Adams, Big Gigantic and many more. Tickets for the annual event, now in its fifth year, are being offered at various pricing tiers for 3-day passes. 
In an interesting bit of festival technology progress, the press release mentions that, “Governors Ball will also utilize RFID wristband technology to provide patrons with an optional cashless system at this year’s festival. The cashless system will allow patrons a quick and easy method to pay as they go for food, beer, and merch at the festival. This optional system will speed up wait time in lines, give patrons who prefer to leave their cash at home added security, and most importantly make it easier for them to focus on the music, art, food, and friends they came to the festival to enjoy.”
