Gorillaz Share ‘Let Me Out’ Single Featuring Mavis Staples & Pusha T

On April 28 virtual band Gorillaz will release a guest-filled studio album entitled Humanz. Today, Gorillaz have shared the latest single off the LP, “Let Me Out,” which features contributions from gospel legend Mavis Staples and rapper Pusha T.

Gorillaz produced Humanz with The Twilight Tone of D /\P and Remi Kabaka. The new album was recorded at sessions in London, Paris, New York, Chicago and Jamaica. Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett recruited a bevy of featured artists for Humanz besides Staples and Pusha T including Jehnny Beth (Savages), Danny Brown, Benjamin Clementine, De La Soul, D.R.A.M., Peven Everett, Anthony Hamilton, Grace Jones, Zebra Katz, Kelela, Vince Staples, Popcaan, Jamie Principle and Kali Uchis.

A 14-track edition of Humanz will be issued on standard CD, vinyl and as a digital download, as well as a 19-track 2-CD Deluxe set. There will also be a limited edition Super Deluxe Vinyl Box Set featuring additional alternative versions of all 14 album tracks.
