Goose shared a new single called “Wysteria Lane.” The track marks the Norwalk, Connecticut-based band’s fourth studio single of 2019.
“Wysteria Lane” follows previously released singles “All I Need,” “Time To Flee” and most recently, “Butter Rum.” Goose performed “Wysteria Lane” during their annual holiday concert, “Goosemas VI,” taking place on December 21. The show saw the four-piece — consisting of guitarist and lead singer Rich Mitarotonda, multi-instrumentalist Peter Anspach, bassist Trevor Weeks and drummer Ben Atkind — performing two sets, with the first called “The Ghost of Goosemas Past” and the second titled “The Ghost of Goosemas Future.” “Wysteria Lane” bookended the second set. The group has plans to release pro-shot footage of the show in January.
Goose recorded “Wysteria Lane” at Carriage House Studios in Stamford, CT with mixing from Kenny Cash at Factory Underground in Norwalk and mastering from Emily Lazar and Chris Allgood at The Lodge in New York City. Check it out below:
