Goose Kicks Off Winter Tour In Tempe: Pro-Shot Full Set Video

One week ago today, on February 5, Goose kicked off their debut West Coast tour at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona. The band shared pro-shot video of their set in Tempe opening for Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
Goose began their set and the tour with a cover of the Wilson Pickett-popularized “Mustang Sally” that flowed into “Flodown.” Guitarist Rick Mitarotonda, multi-instrumentalist Peter Anspach, bassist Trevor Weeks and drummer Ben Atkind then presented the reggae-tinged “Echo Of A Rose” and a nearly 14-minute “Madhuvan.” The Connecticut-based quartet ended their hour-long set with a run of “Jive I” into “Butter Rum” into “Jive Lee.” Watch Goose’s performance in Tempe below:
