God Street Wine Releases New Album ‘This Fine Town’

God Street Wine surprised fans with the release of This Fine Town, their first new studio album in 22 years. The long-awaited follow-up to their self-titled 1997 LP contains studio versions of eight classics from the quintet’s early days.
Guitarists Lo Faber and Aaron Maxwell, bassist Dan Pifer, drummer Tom “Tomo” Osander and keyboardist Jon Bevo recorded This Fine Town between December 2018 and May 2019 at various locations around the globe including New York City, New Orleans and Berlin. The band selected eight gems from their formative years that never received the studio treatment.

The release of This Fine Town comes on the heels of a series of singles issued in 2017 and 2018. The eight-track effort is now available on all digital platforms. A physical version on CD will be available at GSW concerts this summer. God Street Wine kicks off their upcoming tour in Asbury Park on July 2 and then heads to Washington D.C. on July 3 ahead of an appearance at moe.down. The five-piece also has performances scheduled in Middletown, New York; Ardmore, Pennsylvania; Fairfield, Connecticut and Hampton, New Hampshire. Listen to This Fine Town below:
