Doctor Lo Faber recruited his God Street Wine bandmate Aaron Lieberman, Ominous Seapods bassist Tom Pirozzi and The Terrapin Family Band‘s Jason Crosby to contribute to a cover of the Beatles’ “Hey Jude.” Faber shared the resulting video as part of a fundraising campaign for Backline.

Backline is the music industry’s mental health and wellness resource hub, and their work is more vital than ever during the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Launched in 2019, Backline aims to give artists, crew and their families quick and easy access to mental health and wellness resources.

Faber has a long history with the musicians featured in the “Hey Jude” video. Aaron, like Lo, is a co-founding member of God Street Wine, a band that also included Crosby in its ranks for a period in the late-1990s. Pirozzi has taken part in a number of projects with Faber including Dr.Lo & The Instructors, the Lo Faber/Tom Pirozzi Duo and the Lo Faber Band.
