God Street Wednesdays | Lo’s Covers Project

For each of the past seven days, including today, God Street Wine guitarist Lo Faber has posted a cover a day to his YouTube channel. Lo started and completed his Covers Project in celebration of the upcoming release of a God Street Wine 25th Anniversary Boxed Set.

Lo kicked off the series with his take on “Dead Flowers” by The Rolling Stones and continued with covers of songs by Nils Lofgren, Jackson Browne, the Stanley Brothers, Bruno Mars and the Grateful Dead. Today, Faber has concluded the series with a solo piano version of Bob Dylan’s “Simple Twist Of Fate” that features a New Orleans groove. Check it out:
