George Porter Jr. To Guest With Soulive At Bowlive

Soulive continues to roll out guest announcements for this year’s Bowlive residency at Brooklyn Bowl in NYC. The latest announcement reveals that Soulive will be joined by special guest George Porter Jr. (The Meters, Runnin’ Pardners, Meter Men) at Brooklyn Bowl on March 19 and 20.

George Porter Jr. is no stranger to Bowlive runs, though we love how Soulive changes it up anytime they share the stage with the legendary bassist. Today’s announcement also includes word Curtis Harding will open on March 19 and Erik Deutsch & The Jazz Outlaws will kick off the action on March 20. The Shady Horns will guest at all shows through at least March 20.

This year’s run includes shows on March 12, 13, 14 (daytime kids show and regular nighttime performances), 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21. Stay tuned for additional Bowlive VI announcements.
