Gener Approved | 11-Year-Old Tackles Push Th Little Daises

In 1992 Ween released their third album, Pure Guava, and one of the album’s singles, “Push Th’ Little Daises,” was a huge hit in Australia and wound up being one of only two Ween songs to chart on any Billboard chart by scoring a slot on the magazine’s Modern Rock Charts chart. Aaron “Gene Ween” Freeman took to Facebook earlier today to share what he calls a “spot on” cover of the tune delivered by an 11-year-old.
“When I wrote Push The Little Daisies I was about 20 and trying to sound like an 11 year old. Just got this on my Twitter feed, Joel is 11 and its so spot on it freaks me out baby, yeah!!” Gener wrote.
