Geese’s Cameron Winter continued his solo tour with performances at the Palace Theatre in Los Angeles over the past two nights. Saturday’s concert began with the debut of a new song, “Sandbag,” and ended with Winter covering This Is Lorelei’s “Where’s Your Love Now.”
Winter’s solo piano shows in Los Angeles followed an appearance last week at Carnegie Hall in New York City that was filmed by directors Paul Thomas Anderson and Benny Safdie.
Setlists have mainly pulled from Winter’s 2024 solo album, Heavy Metal. Other selections include songs debuted earlier this year, like “Emperor XIII in Shades” and “If You Turn Back Now” and the 2024 single, “Take It With You.”
Singer-songwriter Nate Amos released “Where’s Your Love Now” on his 2024 This Is Lorelei album, Box for Buddy, Box for Star. Amos’ follow-up, Holo Boy, came out last Friday.
Winter’s solo run continues tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16 with the first of two shows at Chicago’s Rockefeller Memorial Chapel. Watch footage from Winter’s concert on Saturday in L.A. below:
