Gary Clark Jr. Provides New Music To Fox For World Series Broadcasts

Guitarist Gary Clark Jr. will release his third studio album via Warner Bros. Records early next year. Clark Jr. provided three tracks from the as-of-yet untitled LP to Fox for use in the television network’s coverage of Major League Baseball’s 114th World Series, which begins tonight. A teaser of the album can be viewed below with more details expected in January.
“The World Series is a great contest and I’m honored they feel my music adds to the excitement. Very cool,” the Grammy Award-winning guitarist said in a statement. Look for the songs to be weaved into player features and storylines throughout the World Series. Tonight’s pregame coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET on FS1 and then moves to Fox at 7:30 p.m. ET.
