Jerry Garcia Band tribute act The Garcia Project will embark on the Days Between Tour this summer. The East Coast run starts just before what would have been Jerry Garcia’s 79th birthday and ends on the anniversary of his death.

The Garcia Project, who bases their setlists on actual setlists performed by the JGB between 1976 – 1995, kicks off the run at Narrows Center For The Arts in Fall River, Massachusetts on July 30. Next up are shows in Fairfield, Connecticut on July 31; Pembroke, Massachusetts on August 1; Poughkeepsie, New York on August 5 and Baltimore on August 6.

On August 7, The Garcia Project brings the run to The Hamilton in Washington D.C. The tour is currently scheduled to conclude with a special Jerry Garcia Memorial Show at The Strand Theatre in Hudson Falls, New York on August 9. Tickets are on sale now.

The Garcia Project recently released their album Spirit, a tribute to Garcia and the spiritual songs he performed. Maria Muldaur produced and appears on the LP. Spirit also features contributions from Jerry Garcia collaborators Peter Rowan, Jacklyn LaBranch and Buzz Buchanan and Maria Muldaur.
