Galactic Expands 2024 Summer Tour With Jelly Joseph

New Orleans funk maestros Galactic continue to add dates to their upcoming summer tour. The band will be joined by vocalist Anjelika ‘Jelly’ Joseph at all shows as they have been over the past few years.

Galactic will start the excursion with an appearance at Winthrop, Washington’s Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival on July 20. It’s then off to the Northeast for headlining shows in Newark, New Jersey on July 25 and Albany, New York on August 1.

On August 2, Galactic featuring Jelly Joseph will perform at the famed Newport Jazz Festival in Newport, Rhode Island. Next up is the new addition to the tour — a show in Asbury Park, New Jersey on August 3. The Northeast run then ends on August 4 in New York City with legendary NOLA vocalist Irma Thomas.

After a few days off, Galactic heads to the Midwest for appearances at People Fest and Hoxeyville before a run through California featuring stops in Solana Beach on August 14, Los Angeles on August 15, Menlo Park on August 16 and Olympic Valley on August 17. The tour ends with festival plays at Illinois’ Weekend At The Cave on August 30 and DC JazzFest on September 1.

Tickets for all shows except Asbury Park are on sale now. The Asbury Park on-sale begins tomorrow, Friday, June 28 at 10 a.m. ET. Find links and a complete list of dates below:
