G. Love & The Juice Confirm Winter Tour 2022

The Philadelphia-bred artist shows off a new band on his first extensive tour since the pandemic began.

G. Love will bring his new band, G. Love & The Juice on the road for an extensive winter tour to start 2022. The transcontinental run through North America includes concerts in January, February and March.

The musician born Garrett Dutton described the band as, “a revolving collective of some of the most exceptional musicians I’ve been able to play with, in my whole career.” Named after G. Love’s Grammy-nominated 2020 studio album, the touring lineup of The Juice will feature Dutton’s longtime Special Sauce collaborator bassist James “Jimi Jazz” Prescott as well as drummer Chuck Treece and guitarist Van Gordon Martin.

G. Love & The Juice kick off the tour at First Avenue in Minneapolis on January 14. Additional Midwest dates follow in Chicago on January 15, St. Louis on January 16, Ann Arbor (Michigan) on January 18, Columbus on January 20, Indianapolis on January 21 and Cleveland on January 22. The quartet then hits Buffalo on January 24, Warrendale (Pennsylvania) on January 25, Brooklyn on January 27, Boston on January 28 and Uncasville (Connecticut) on January 29.

Dutton brings the band to his hometown of Philadelphia on February 5 after shows in Annapolis, Maryland on February 1; Washington D.C. on February 3 and Asbury Park on February 4. From there G. Love and company play Rocky Mount, Virginia on February 6 before a swing through North Carolina featuring dates in Charlotte on February 8 and Carrboro on February 10. Next comes a run in Florida with stops in Ponte Vedra Beach on February 11, St. Petersburg on February 12, New Smyrna Beach on February 14 and Fort Myers on February 15.

Additional February performances come in Baton Rouge, Austin, Dallas and Houston. After a few weeks off, the tour picks up in Colorado for concerts in Denver on March 3, Fort Collins on March 4, Boulder on March 5 and Aspen on March 6. G. Love & The Juice then head west via Salt Lake City and Bozeman for a run down the Pacific Coast featuring shows in Seattle on March 11, Portland on March 12, Vancouver on March 13, Bend on March 15, Sacramento on March 16, San Francisco on March 18 and Stateline (Nevada) on March 19. It’s back to California to end the tour with stops in Petaluma, Ventura, Solana Beach, San Juan Capistrano and West Hollywood.
