Fruition Covers Neil Young’s ‘Southern Man’

Fruition recently paid a visit to Outpost Asbury Park in New Jersey, a free-to-use rest stop for touring musicians. While at the newly-opened space, the Portland, Oregon-based band recorded a video of their cover of a classic Neil Young song.
Guitarists Jay Cobb Anderson and Kellen Asebroek, mandolin player Mimi Naja and bassist Jeff Leonard recorded an acoustic version of Young’s “Southern Man.” The song first appeared on the Canadian rocker’s 1970 album After The Gold Rush.
