Flashback | moe. at Woodstock ’99

Most of the memories associated with Woodstock ’99 -which was held in Rome, NY on July 22 -25, 1999 -are bad ones as fires and violence marred the music festival. However there were some good musical moments such as when Upstate New York’s own moe. performed in front of thousands on the event’s East Stage.

Many performances from Woodstock ’99 were broadcast as part of a Pay-Per-View event including all of moe.’s set. The quintet played a nine-song set that focused more on their compositions than improvisation as well as an “I Wanna Be Sedated” encore.
