Flaming Lips & Mac DeMarco Announce Co-Headlining Dates

Both The Flaming Lips and Mac DeMarco are spending a good deal of 2017 on the road in support of new albums, Oczy Mlody and This Old Dog respectively. The two acts will come together later this year for a series of co-headlining dates.

The Flaming Lips and Mac DeMarco begin the run of shows together at Myth Live Event Center in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 17. From there, the two acts visit Milwaukee on September 18, Indianapolis on September 19 and Niagara Falls, New York on September 20. DeMarco then has a handful of his own shows scheduled before he re-teams with Wayne Coyne & Co. in Houston on September 29. The co-headlining run is currently set to conclude with concerts in the Texas cities of Irving on September 30 and Austin on October 1 as well as a stop in Phoenix on October 5.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 21 at 10 a.m. local time. Additional shows are expected to be announced soon according to DeMarco’s website.
