JamBase’s festival database includes over 2,000 music festivals in 2024. Across all lineups, over 45,500 artists will perform at a festival this year. Given the sheer number of festivals and an even larger number of performers, you may not be familiar with every artist on a festival lineup you get matched with using JamBase’s Find Your Fest tool.

Did you use the Find Your Fest tool but don’t recognize some of the artists on the lineup? Want to familiarize yourself with the artists on the lineup of a festival you’re planning to go to? Is there a festival lineup stacked with your favorite musicians?

If you answer “yes” to those questions, JamBase has you covered for the 2024 music festival season with customized playlists for every event in the Festival Guide. Each playlist consists of songs by artists on a 2024 music festival lineup with music available on Spotify. Playlists feature four songs by each headliner and two songs by additional artists on the festival lineup and can be found on each festival’s page in JamBase’s Festivals Guide.

JamBase identified the top artists by genre playing the most festivals this year. The jam scene is led by Daniel Donato, bluegrass/folk by Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, blues by Larkin Poe, jazz by Yussef Dayes, indie by Royel Otis and EDM by I Hate Models.

Daniel Donato – Jam

Rising guitarist Daniel Donato is hitting the festival circuit hard in 2024. Catch Daniel Donato & Cosmic Country playing events across the country this summer, including at 4 Peaks, which goes down in Bend, Oregon June 20 – 23. Crank up JamBase’s 2024 4 Peaks playlist for an audio sampling of this year’s lineup.

Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway – Bluegrass/Folk

Talented guitarist Molly Tuttle leading the bluegrass/folk contingent of festival performers is no surprise in the wake of her recent Grammy Award-winning success. Backed by her equally talented band Golden Highway, catch them and many others at this year’s Blue Ox Music Festival in Eau Claire, Wisconsin June 27 – 29. Stream JamBase’s 2024 Blue Ox playlist to see who else is performing alongside Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway.

Larkin Poe – Blues

Larkin Poe are storming the festival scene in 2024. The group fronted by sisters Rebecca Lovell and Megan Lovell will bring their Southern blues-infused rock show to many fest stages like the 32nd annual High Sierra Music Festival in Quincy, California. Get to know the rest of 4th of July weekend event’s lineup featured in JamBase’s 2024 HSMF playlist.

Yussef Dayes – Jazz

Jazz festivals were among the first gatherings of fans and performers and these events continue to thrive in the United States and around the world. British jazz drummer Yussef Dayes made the lineup of a bunch of jazz fests, such as in July at Switzerland’s long-running Montreux Jazz Festival where he’ll appear with other top players in the field showcased in JamBase’s 2024 Montreux Jazz playlist.

Royel Otis – Indie

Royel Otis will be making the festival rounds in support of their excellent debut album Pratts & Pain that the Australian duo released earlier this year. Catch Royel Maddox and Otis Pavlovic at a bunch of fests this year, like Bourbon & Beyond being held in Louisville on September 19 – 22 where they’ll perform on an eclectic lineup making up JamBase’s 2024 Bourbon & Beyond playlist.

I Hate Models – EDM

There are more EDM festivals in the JamBase Festival Guide than any other genre and I Hate Models landed on the most 2024 lineups. The French DJ will keep bodies moving at Tomorrowland in Belgium this July alongside a massive lineup you can groove to via JamBase’s 2024 Tomorrowland playlist.
