Father John Misty was among the performers at last year’s SPF30 festival celebrating Seattle-based record label Sub Pop’s 30th anniversary. Local independent radio station KEXP and Sub Pop commemorated one year since the event at Alki Beach in West Seattle by sharing pro-shot video highlights of Father John Misty’s set.
Each of the four Father John Misty albums released by Sub Pop are represented in the newly-posted clips: “Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings” from 2012’s Fear Fun, the title track to 2015’s I Love You, Honeybear, “Total Entertainment Forever” from 2017’s Pure Comedy and “Date Night” from 2018’s God’s Favorite Customer.
