Father John Misty Shares ‘Goodbye Mr. Blue’ Single

The song appears on the upcoming new album, ‘Chloë and The Next 20th Century.’

Father John Misty released a new single, “Goodbye Mr. Blue.” The track is off the upcoming album, Chloë and The Next 20th Century, which arrives on April 8 via Sub Pop Records/Bella Union.

Father John Misty, the project helmed by Josh Tillman, previously shared the Chloë And The Next 20th Century singles “Funny Girl” and “Q4.” The album, which is the fifth Father John Misty LP, follows the 2018 release of God’s Favorite Customer. Tillman wrote and recorded the 11-song album from August through December 2020 with longtime collaborator, producer Jonathan Wilson.
