Two up-and-coming acts we’ve had our eyes on for a while, Moon Taxi and The Revivalists, are teaming up this April for a co-headlining tour. The run starts on April 3 in Auburn, AL and runs through a April 19th date at Washington, D.C.’s legendary 9:30 Club. Moon Taxi and The Revivalists will switch up headlining duties from night-to-night for the eight-show tour, which includes stops at Brooklyn Bowl, World Cafe Live, the Varsity Theatre and more.

“Ever since we started touring around the southeast people kept telling us they wanted to see us play with a band called Moon Taxi” says Andrew Campanelli, drummer for The Revivalists. “After getting to know them and their awesome music, we’re psyched to finally be able to bring people what they have been asking for.” Moon Taxi’s lead singer Trevor Terndrup adds, “These shows will have everything -musicianship, showmanship and partial nudity. I’m proud and humbled to share the stage with another exciting band from the south.”

Tickets for all shows go on sale this Friday, January 24.
