As previously reported, the lights atop the Empire State Building in New York City were synced to the Steely Dan hit “FM (No Static At All)” last night just after 7 p.m. local time.
Famed lighting designer Marc Brickman put together the light show to honor the 50th anniversary of the installation of a Master FM Antenna on the top of the Empire State Building. Brickman had previously prepped Empire State Building light shows on a number of occasions including one on July 4th featuring the soundtrack of “U.S. Blues” by the Grateful Dead.
