Electric Forest Reveals 2016 Daily Schedules & Performance Contest Winners

This year’s Electric Forest music festival is set to take place at Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, Michigan on June 23 – 26. Today, organizers revealed the daily schedules of performances and the winners of the 2016 performance contests.
The 2016 EF lineup includes three nights of The String Cheese Incident, along with the Disco Biscuits, STS9, Bassnectar, Greensky Bluegrass, The New Mastersounds, Nahko and the Medicine for the People, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Fetty Wap, Papadosio, The Floozies, Houndmouth Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Dumpstaphunk, EOTO, Beats Antique, The Nth Power and many others. This year’s event will also include a full slate of performances as part of the Curated Event Series.
Also appearing will be the just confirmed EF2016 Bud Light Instrumental Forester winners Nyne2Five, The Untz Challenge winners Bionik and Spundose and Discovery Project winners AIRWAV and Sheni Doko. Additionally, the Her Forest women’s program announced a special panel discussion titled “Women: Game Changers in Creativity” featuring Alana Rocklin of STS9, Dessa of Doomtree, Miranda Zickler of Rabbit Wilde and EF talent buyer Alicia Karlin and art director Nova Han.
