EL VY & Stay Human Honor David Bowie On ‘Late Show’

The National’s Matt Berninger and Menomena’s Brent Knopf form the duo EL VY and were the musical guests on last night’s episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. Back by the show’s house band Jon Batiste & Stay Human, the pair performed a fitting tribute to the late David Bowie by covering one of his most well-known songs.

After a performance of the title track from their 2015 LP, Return To The Moon, EL VY returned to close out the show with a take on “Let’s Dance” supported by Stay Human with Berninger singing lead. Watch the energetic cover as well as the rendition of “Return To The Moon” in the clips below:
