Eagles Extend Las Vegas Sphere Residency Into December Due To High Demand

The Eagles have once again expanded their upcoming residency at Sphere in Las Vegas “due to overwhelming demand.” The legendary band added shows on December 6, 7, 13 and 14.

The residency now consists of 16 shows over eight weekends between Friday, September 20 and Saturday, December 14. An Artist Presale for the new dates begins on Tuesday, July 9 at 10 a.m. PT followed by a Live Nation Presale on Thursday, July 11 at 10 a.m. PT. General on-sales start on Friday, July 12 at 10 a.m. PT.

The Eagles will be the fourth band to perform at the state-of-the-art venue. Sphere first hosted U2 and Phish. Dead & Company are currently presenting their 30-show Dead Forever Residency at Sphere which continues on Thursday, July 4.

“The Sphere residency will offer fans the ultimate connection to the band’s legendary catalog in an immersive experience that only Sphere can provide,” reads a note in a press release announcing the Eagles’ run in Las Vegas. “These shows will utilize Sphere’s next-generation technologies, including the world’s highest resolution LED display that wraps up, over, and around the audience, creating a fully immersive visual environment. The venue also features the world’s most advanced concert-grade audio system, Sphere Immersive Sound, powered by HOLOPLOT, which delivers audio with unmatched clarity and precision to every guest.”
