DVR Rewind | Tom Petty & Heartbreakers Jimmy Kimmel Live

Earlier this week Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers released their latest studio album, Hypnotic Eye, and to celebrate the band invited the Jimmy Kimmel Live studio audience into their rehearsal space for brash performances of three tunes off the LP last night.

Kimmel loaded his audience onto buses to shuttle them over to Petty’s Culver City, CA rehearsal space, where the Heartbreakers treated them to live renditions of Hypnotic Eye tracks “American Dream: Plan B,” “U Get Me High” and “Forgotten Man.” In addition, the legendary rocker briefly chatted with Jimmy about his new album and the upcoming start of the group’s tour.
