Singer-songwriter Norah Jones first appeared on the Late Show With David Letterman on May 6, 2002 performing her then No. 1 hit “Don’t Know Why.” Exactly 13 years later, Jones returned to the Ed Sullivan Theater last night to reprise the performance of the track from her 2002 debut album Come Away With Me.

With Jones at piano, she was joined by Jesse Harris on acoustic guitar who wrote “Don’t Know Why” and recorded it for his 1999 album Jesse Harris & The Ferdinandos. Watch the pair grace Dave with one final performance of the multiple Grammy Award winning song.

Here’s a clip of here performance on the program 13 years ago.
