In our Televised Tune column on Monday we mentioned that Wednesday was a great night for our favorite bands on late night TV. Earlier today we posted Gov’t Mule’s performance of “Funny Little Tragedy” on Conan and now we want to shine the light on two amazing New Orleans-based bands that appeared on TV last night.

First up we have the legendary Preservation Hall Jazz Band, who were the musical guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, performing “That’s It,” the title track off their recently released LP:
