Drive-By Truckers Perform Entire New Album Live For NPR

Last week Drive-By Truckers issued a new studio album American Band through ATO Records. The band fronted by Patterson Hood recently played the album in full from start to finish for NPR.

Hood, guitarist Mike Cooley, multi-instrumentalist Jay Gonzalez, drummer Brad Morgan and bassist Matt Patton recently performed the album at Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB). The politically charged album was recorded late last year with longtime DBT producer David Barbe at Nashville’s renowned Sound Emporium.
