Driftless Music Gardens hosts Bonfire Music and Arts Festival (June 6 – 8), The Boogiedown Music Fest (July 11 – 13) and People Fest (August 8 – 10), again this summer in 2024. DMG is one of the region’s most scenic natural amphitheaters and was founded 8 years ago by The People Brothers Band (rhythm and soul family jam band).

DMG is located in Yuba, Wisconsin (population 91) and is surrounded by rivers, rolling hills, wildlife, hiking, canoeing and a flourishing Amish community. It’s not uncommon to be held up in the traffic of a couple cars waiting to pass a horse and buggy. However, the venue is conveniently located only a few hour’s drive from Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Lacrosse, the Quad Cities and Madison.

When the members of The People Brothers Band and their families dreamt up Driftless Music Gardens back in 2015, they could only imagine what would grow into the beautiful festival grounds loved and enjoyed today. DMG has broken ground and begun construction on a permanent main stage. Building on its mission to bring people together, DMG is taking the next step to solidify its place in the community. With the help of engineers, concrete pourers, wood millers, roofers, and DMG’s own team, construction has begun and the stage is scheduled to be ready for the 2024 season!

Owned and operated by musicians, longtime merch crew member, and family of the sixth-generation family farm, Driftless Music Gardens is not your big box music festival grounds. Driftless Music Gardens is a venue built by the hard work of a thriving Midwest music community, a dedicated band, and a whole lot of love by everyone involved.

The welcomed addition of a brand-new main stage at the farm will embody and embrace everything Driftless Music Gardens offers, including its natural beauty, its old-time family farm feel, wood milled from the land along with the blood, sweat and tears from a generation of music lovers.

The main stage build project was self-funded. Donations of generosity can be made all season at www.driftlessmusicgardens.com. Each and every ticket sale goes directly toward the project and simply buying tickets this season is also a tremendous help. Driftless Music Gardens is a venue for the people, about the people and funded by the people. Help spread the word about this little secret in the woods and turn on a friend or two.

The season’s inaugural event, Bonfire Music and Arts Festival, held from June 6 – 8, will be the first to grace the new stage. Headlining this year is a trio of talent, a group of guys who permeate joy in themselves and their music. Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Dogs in a Pile, and Andy Frasco & The U.N are ending their epic tour at the fest and the brand-new stage will make the experience extra special.

The Boogiedown Music Fest, held from July 11 – 13, will feature Dumpstaphunk, Charlie Parr, and host’s Armchair Boogie for two nights.

The 2024 season finishes off with People Fest, held from August 8 – 10, which will see performances by Lettuce, Galactic (featuring Jelly Joseph of Tank & The Bangas), Keller Williams, Cloud Cult and host’s The People Brothers Band.

The 1,500 limited capacity venue is family friendly (kids 12 and under are free). Camping and parking are included in all tickets along with no extra ticket fees beside sales tax. RV and camping by your vehicle passes do cost extra and need a separate pass. Events do reach capacity and happen a long way from civilization. Order tickets early and plan accordingly.
