Philadelphia indie folk-rockers Dr. Dog appear to be continuing a trend in 2016 by hitting the road for their most extensive tour of the year in the winter. The band has just announced a cross-country tour that features dates on both coasts and many cities in between.

Dr. Dog begins the tour out west as they play a run of three shows in California January 29 – 31. From there, the group heads to Reno before a series of gigs in the Pacific Northwest. The Philly natives then visit Montana, Utah, Colorado and Arizona in advance of a pair of shows in Southern California. Following a few weeks off and a performance at the inaugural Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival, Dr. Dog is currently set to end the tour with a series of Midwest and Northeast performances.

Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10 a.m. local. A fan pre-sale just started using the password ‘swamplivin’ via the band’s website.
