Final Frames: Dopapod Announces Pre-Hiatus Shows At Multiple Brooklyn Bowl Venues

The shows will take place in Philly and NYC in November.

Dopapod announced two concerts before going on an indefinite hiatus at the end of the year. The shows will take place at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia on Friday, November 29 and Brooklyn Bowl in New York City on Saturday, November 30.

Friday at Brooklyn Bowl Philly, two acts will support. Photon features Dopapod drummer Neal “Fro” Evans along with Thievery Corporation‘s Dan Africano, Q of The Q Factor and Jimmy Dunstan. Kyle Sparkman will perform ahead of two Dopapod sets.

On Saturday in Brooklyn Dopapod — Evans, keyboardist Eli Winderman, guitarist Rob Compa and bassist Chuck Jones — will celebrate 15 years of performing at Brooklyn Bowl. Chalk Dinosaur will kick off the evening.

“We are so grateful for these shows and for all of you fans and can’t wait to share these great events with you,” Dopapod wrote in a social media post announcing the Brooklyn Bowl concerts.

Following a presale beginning Wednesday, August 21, tickets for Dopapod’s pre-hiatus shows go on sale Friday, August 23.
