Dopapod Announces Colorado 2019 Concerts
By Ming Lee Newcomb May 30, 2019 • 11:20 am PDT

Dopapod are scheduled to perform a two-night run in Denver in early October. On Saturday, October 5, the math rock-inspired jam act will headline the Ogden Theatre with special guests, plus support from Octave Cat — a group featuring Dopaopd’s own Eli Winderman with Lotus‘ Luke Miller and Philadelphia drummer Charlie Patierno. To support the headlining gig, Dopapod will also play an exclusive VIP show on Friday, October 4 at Denver’s intimate music venue Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox.
At the end of April, Dopapod ended their yearlong hiatus, returning to the stage for a celebrated comeback show at Port Chester, New York’s Capitol Theatre. While the four-piece has been announced for this weekend’s Disc Jam Music Festival as well as The Peach and the Werk Out later in the summer, the group has just announced their first headlining theater run since their return.
