Here We Are: Dinosaur Jr. Confirms ‘Where You Been’ 30th Anniversary Concerts
A ticket presale gets underway Tuesday, May 23 with general on-sales beginnng Thursday, May 25.

Dinosaur Jr. will celebrate the 30th anniversary of their album Where You Been with multiple night runs in the U.S. and UK. The band will head to London in November ahead of residency in New York City in December.
Dinosaur Jr.’s landmark Where You Been arrived on February 9, 1993. The band’s original lineup of guitarist J Mascis, bassist Lou Barlow and drummer Murph will begin the celebration of their sixth studio album and second major label release with a four-night stint at London’s The Garage November 12 – 15.

The Amherst, Massachusetts-born band then heads back to the U.S. to continue the celebratory run with a seven-show residency at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg in Brooklyn beginning on December 1. Dinosaur Jr. will also perform at the NYC venue on December 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
“The band will invite a spattering of guests and friends to sit in each night to celebrate this music,” as per a press release for the celebratory show, “along with a set comprising the trio’s thunderous catalog each night.”
A ticket presale for the Where You Been 30th anniversary shows gets underway on Tuesday May 22 at 10 a.m. ET (more info). Tickets go on sale to the genral public on Thursday, May 25 at 10 a.m. ET.
