Digital Tape Machine Heads East In October

Electronic dance act Digital Tape Machine will leave behind the cozy confines of Chicago for an East Coast tour this October. The group, which features keyboardist Joel Cummins and drummer Kris Myers of Umphrey’s McGee, will kick off the brief run on October 8 at The Hamilton in Washington, D.C. DTM then heads to Baltimore on the 9th, opens for Conspirator at Toad’s Place in New Haven, CT on the 10th and headlines Brooklyn Bowl on the 11th.

Before Digital Tape Machine head east, they will play the House of Blues in their hometown of Chicago on Saturday night as part of the official after-party for the UM/STS9 double-bill on Northerly Island. Up Until Now with special guest David Murphy of STS9 will open.
