Def Leppard & ZZ Top Announce Fall Tour 2020

Def Leppard and ZZ Top announced 2020 fall tour dates. The 20/20 Vision Tour will see both bands throughout the U.S. following Def Leppard’s summer tour with Motley Crue.

“What a year this is going to be!” Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott said in a statement. “First, sold out stadiums, then we get to go on tour with the mighty ZZ Top! Having been an admirer of the band for a lifetime it’s gonna be a real pleasure to finally do some shows together…maybe some of us will get to go for a spin with Billy in one of those fancy cars …”

“We’re excited about hitting the road with Def Leppard this fall; we’ve been fans of theirs since forever,” ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons added. “We’ve been at this for 50 years now and the forthcoming run with them underscores that the good times are really just beginning. Joe Elliott is always welcome to ride ‘shotgun’ with us and we won’t even ask him to pay for the gas.”

The tour gets underway on September 21 in Albany, New York before heading south with stops in Virginia Beach, Virginia; Knoxville, Tennessee; Brandon, Mississippi; Orange Beach, Alabama, Bossier City, Louisiana and Little Rock, Arkansas. The tour then hits the Midwest via Tulsa, Oklahoma and Witchita, Kansas followed by dates in Omaha, Nebraska; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Des Moines, Iowa and Grand Forks, North Dakota. After a show in Salt Lake City, Def Leppard and ZZ Top head to the Pacific Northwest for an engagement in Portland ahead of the tour closer in Spokane, Washington.

A special Rock Brigade presale starts on Monday, February 17 at 10 a.m. local time and runs through Thursday, February 20 at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 21 at 10 a.m. local time via Live Nation. Head here to purchase tickets.
