Deer Tick Performs On CBS ‘Saturday Sessions’

Each Saturday, CBS This Morning presents a series of musical performances under the Saturday Sessions banner. This morning’s installment featured Deer Tick playing a trio of songs from their pair of self-titled albums, Volume 1 and Volume 2, that were released earlier this year.

The Providence, Rhode Island-based band were in New York City to close out their fall tour with a two set show at Brooklyn Steel. For their appearance on the CBS morning show McCauley & Co. offered up a pair of tracks from their acoustic-leaning Volume 1 with “Doomed From The Start” and “Sea Of Clouds,” while they looked to the electric Volume 2 for “Jumpstarting.”
