Deadhead Racking Up Jeopardy Wins

UPDATE 5:00 p.m. PT: Bill did it again! The Dead-loving Jeopardy! contestant beat out the competition for a third night in a row on Thursday. His current winnings are a whopping $50,602.

Penn State graduate student Bill Cossen is the current champion on the TV game show Jeopardy! as he’s won $31,801 over the past two nights and puts his title on the line again tonight. Cossen used the platform to espouse his love of the Grateful Dead.

Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek mentioned that Cossen is a big fan of the Grateful Dead and asked Bill about how many Dead recordings he has and how those recordings are distributed these days. Take a look:
