Dead & Company To Play Free Show At The Fillmore In San Francisco

Dead & Company will revive an old Grateful Dead tradition from the band’s early days of playing free shows in San Francisco when Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Jeff Chimenti, Oteil Burbridge and John Mayer will rock The Fillmore on May 23. The show comes a few weeks before Dead & Company kick off their first tour of 2016 in Charlotte, North Carolina on June 10.

Dead & Company asks that fans “pay it forward in some way, large or small, and share those acts of kindness” with the band and community by using the hashtag #DeadAndCoSF. Tickets will go up for grabs via Live Nation starting tomorrow, May 19 at noon PT.
