Dead & Company Announce Summer Tour 2017

Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir and drummers Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann along with guitarist John Mayer, bassist Oteil Burbridge and keyboardist Jeff Chimenti will bring Dead & Company back on the road next year. The band has announced their third tour, which currently consists of 19 shows.

Dead & Company’s third ever tour is slated to start at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 27. From there, the six-piece will head to Phoenix and Los Angeles to end May. The band will be on the road for the duration of June with a two-night stand at Shoreline in Mountain View, California followed by a stop in Salt Lake City and a pair of shows at Folsom Field in Boulder on June 9 and 10. Dead & Company continue tour with visits to Atlanta, Burgettstown and a return to Fenway Park in Boston on June 17 and 18. The final stretch of the run includes a night a piece at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Citi Field in New York City, BB&T Pavilion in Camden, Blossom near Cleveland and tour-closers at Wrigley Field in Chicago on June 30 and July 1.

Summer tour presales begin December 5 and will be followed by general on sales, with most scheduled to take place on December 9. Ticketing information is being revealed on the band’s website.
